    • More volumes of fish unloadings (roundscad, flying fish, tuna, sardines, big eyed scad) were observed in different landing centers in the region.
  4. PRICES AND MARKET SUPPLY
    • Prices of mango (carabao) went down due to abundant supply.
    • Whole selling prices of carrots and ginger in Carbon Market posted an increase of 8% and 6% respectively with less local supply and less inflow from Mindanao, Ormoc City and Canlaon City.
    • Decreases of P2.00-P5.00 per kilogram on the wholesale prices of red onion and white potato were posted because supply of red onion came from the storage which was low in moisture content while that of white potato was attributed to the presence of imported supply from China.
    • Farmgate prices of palay fresh were stable at P15.00 per kilogram in Canlaon City owing to lower buying prices offered by the Negros Occidental traders. The lower price offer was a result of the high stock level of milled rice in mill warehouses in Bacolod City and Bago City.
    • In Bohol, retail prices of carrots went up to P150.00 per kilogram as supply from Cagayan de Oro City was low. Likewise, retail prices of cabbage, white potato and habitchuelas were up by P10.00 per kilogram due to low supply in the market.
